Confused about LTB process, but ready to fight for my rights!

I've filed a T2/T6 form with the LTB, but I'm totally lost on what to expect next. The whole hearing process seems daunting, and I'm unsure about my rights. Can anyone share their experiences or tips on navigating this? I really want to make sure I'm prepared for my hearing!
