Need to break lease early - seeking relief options in Toronto

I’m feeling really stressed trying to find ways to get out of my lease early. I'm stuck in this lease, and I need to leave due to unforeseen circumstances. Are there options like N11 agreements or subletting that could help me escape without penalties? I’m hoping for some landlord cooperation too!
