Got questions about apartment viewings in Toronto?

Just went to a couple of viewings and realized I need to up my game! Always check for signs of mold or dampness, especially in corners. Don't hesitate to ask how long the previous tenant stayed—if they moved out quickly, that's a clue. What else should I be looking for or asking about?
