Should I stay in Toronto or move to a cheaper city?

I'm really considering leaving Toronto because the housing costs are out of control. I can't afford the monthly rent plus parking anymore. Is it worth staying, or should I look into cheaper cities? Anyone else feeling like giving up on Toronto?
