Is the Tim Hortons at Eighth St and Rowena Dr still open?

I've been craving a double-double and can't remember if the Tim Hortons at Eighth St and Rowena Dr is still there. It used to be my go-to spot, especially on chilly mornings. Anyone know if it's still serving up coffee and donuts? Thinking about moving nearby, so any info would be great!
