Hey everyone! With the Ontario Line and Eglinton LRT construction ongoing, I’m curious if anyone has found solid rental discounts in these transit zones. I know it’s a bit inconvenient, but I'm all about finding that hidden gem. Thoughts on how much I should expect to negotiate? Thanks!
