Parking costs on top of rent? This is insane!

Another day, another ridiculous rent increase. I can’t believe landlords think they can charge $2800 for a shoebox! And don't even get me started on parking fees - it feels like they're trying to bleed us dry. Who can afford an extra $200+ a month just to have a spot for their car? This is madness!
