What's up with RBC at Lynvalley Cres and South Station St?

I'm curious about the RBC at Lynvalley Cres and South Station St. I used to stop by there frequently, and now I haven't seen it for a while. Are they still operating? Also, I'm on the lookout for apartments nearby. The kids need a good school, and safety is a top priority.
