What’s up with this bizarre clause in my lease?

I recently came across a clause in my lease that states I can only have guests for a maximum of 3 nights per month. Is that even legal? It feels really controlling, and I can’t help but wonder if this is a common tactic landlords use in Toronto. What are my rights here?
