Reliability of the GO Train from Mississauga?

I've been using the GO Train from Mississauga to downtown Toronto for years, and I’d love to hear others' experiences! How reliable is the GO Train schedule these days? Also, any thoughts on the cost-effectiveness of a monthly GO pass compared to other transit options?
