Concerns About Special Assessment and Its Impact on Renters

I'm really worried about the special assessment happening in our condo. Will renters be affected by this? I heard there might be a rent increase because of the condo fees going up. Should I be preparing to leave due to these rising costs? What does this mean for us who don’t own but just rent?
