Is the TD Bank still open at Deer Park Cres and Brock Ave?

I've been wondering about the TD Bank at Deer Park Cres and Brock Ave. It's been a staple in the area for years, and I keep hearing mixed reports. Anyone know if it's still there? Also, I'm considering moving nearby and would love to know how close rentals are to the bank.
