Looking for perfect WFH setup near subway lines!

Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for rentals that cater to remote work, preferably with dedicated office space and a quiet atmosphere. Good internet speed is a must, and I love being close to TTC subway lines for easy commuting once I need to head out. Any suggestions or tips?
