Concern About Last Month's Rent and Deposits

I'm really worried about getting my last month's rent back after moving out. The landlord mentioned some charges that seem excessive, and I'm not sure if they're even legal. Has anyone else faced issues with deposits being unfairly withheld? Any advice would be appreciated!
