Rental market is a nightmare - no end in sight!

Another rent increase, seriously? How is anyone supposed to afford this? I just saw a bachelor for $2800! I’m so sick of viewing places only to find they’re gone within hours. Just got outbid *again*! This market is impossible. I can’t deal with this anymore!
