Frustrated with my landlord's neglect of essential repairs!

I've been dealing with a broken heater for weeks now, and my landlord just ignores my requests. The leaks in the kitchen have turned into mold, yet no response from them. It's unbearable living like this! I shouldn't have to fight so hard to get basic repairs done in my apartment.
