Need urgent help with eviction notice in Kensington Market

Hi everyone, I just received an eviction notice from my landlord in Kensington Market. I've been paying my $1800 rent on time, but there's been some disputes about repairs they haven't done. What are my rights? Can someone guide me on how to fight this? I’m really stressed about losing my home!
