Is the KFC at Rogers Rd and James St still open?

I'm curious about the KFC at Rogers Rd and James St. I used to grab lunch there often, and I heard some changes were happening in the area. Would love to know if it's still serving up those buckets of chicken. Also, any affordable rentals nearby? Looking to move closer to that spot!
