Ripping my hair out over Toronto's parking situation!

I just can't believe it—landlords are asking for crazy amounts for parking! Like, who has an extra $300-$400 a month just for a spot? It feels like they're just squeezing every dime out of us. I've seen $2800 bachelor apartments on top of that! This market is absolutely ridiculous!
