Is the CIBC at Gosford Blvd and Rannock St still there?

I used to pop into the CIBC at Gosford Blvd and Rannock St all the time, but I haven’t been by in a while. I’m curious if it’s still open or if they've made any changes. Also, I’m on the hunt for nearby apartments and want to know if there are good options in that area.
