Frustrated by Condo Rental Restrictions and Rules

Why are condo board rules making it so difficult for renters? With all these rental restrictions and condo bylaws that limit tenants' rights, it's hard to feel welcome. Discriminating against renters just adds to the frustration. Can't we have more reasonable policies regarding guests and amenities?
