Looking for advice on one-bedroom rentals in the Annex this winter

Hey everyone! I'm planning to move to the Annex for a new job and I've seen one-bedroom apartments listed around $2,300. Seems a bit steep for me. What’s the average rent like in this area these days? Any advice on finding a decent place without breaking the bank? Thanks!
