Eviction notices and tenant rights - feeling anxious and seeking guidance

I'm really worried about receiving an eviction notice. I’ve heard a lot about N12 forms and illegal evictions, but I’m unsure of my rights as a tenant. If anyone has faced eviction or knows about LTB hearings, I would greatly appreciate your insights. I just want to ensure I'm informed and prepared.
