What do you value more: in-unit laundry or gym access?

I'm curious about what features renters in Toronto prioritize. Is it the convenience of in-unit laundry or the benefits of a well-equipped gym? Personally, I believe having a gym is great, but nothing beats the ease of washing clothes at home. What are your thoughts?
