Feeling the vibe in Parkdale lately?

I've been checking out Parkdale and it's got such a unique vibe! So many trendy cafes and art spaces popping up, not to mention the lakeside views. But I've also heard parking can be a headache. Anyone know how much extra I should budget for parking if I move there?
