Hi, I just graduated and landed an entry-level job downtown, but I'm feeling overwhelmed by the rental market. I'm looking in areas like Queen West or Kensington Market. Is $2200 a month reasonable for a one-bedroom? Any tips for first-time renters would be super helpful!
