What happened to the RBC at Redpath Ave and Niagara St?

Hey, I used to visit the RBC at Redpath Ave and Niagara St often, but I haven't been by in a while. Just curious if it's still there or if it's gone. Anyone know? I'm also looking for nearby rental prices and how the area has changed lately.
