Best time to move? Any tips?

Hey everyone! I'm planning my move to a studio in Toronto and trying to figure out the best time. Are weekends really chaotic? Also, any recommendations for affordable truck rentals or movers? Just looking for the most stress-free way to get all my stuff over. Thanks!
