Need advice on rentals near the Bloor-Danforth line

Hey everyone! I'm looking to rent a one-bedroom apartment near the Bloor-Danforth line as I work downtown. Do you think around $2100/month is reasonable for areas like Greektown or Dundas West? Also, any tips for parking options would be appreciated!
