How much should I expect to pay for parking in downtown Toronto?

Hi everyone! I'm looking at apartments in the Financial District and King West, but I'm seeing a lot of places with no parking included. Can anyone share what I might expect to pay for parking if I need to rent a spot? I'm also curious how much it typically adds to the monthly rent overall.
