Rental Nightmare: How Is This Even Possible?!

Another rent increase, seriously? How is anyone supposed to afford this?! I mean, $2800 for a bachelor!? It’s ridiculous! I viewed 15 places and all were snapped up within hours. Just got outbid AGAIN. This market is impossible. It's driving me nuts!
