Price check: $2000 for a 2BR in Scarborough - good deal or missing something?

I found a 2-bedroom rental in Scarborough for $2000. It seems reasonable, but I’m unsure about the utility costs. Can anyone let me know if this is a fair price for the area? What typically is included in rent and what would I need to pay separately?
