Another Rent Increase? I Can't Even!

Seriously, another rent increase? How is anyone supposed to afford this? I’m finding $2800 for a bachelor! A bachelor! I’m sick of bidding wars and seeing places I like disappear in minutes. This market is impossible to navigate. Just got outbid yet again. I'm at my wit's end!
