Help me decide - $2100 1BR in a good area vs $1800 studio downtown

I'm torn between a $2100 1BR in a nice neighborhood and a $1800 studio downtown. The 1BR offers more space and a quieter area but is slightly above my budget. The studio is cheaper but feels cramped, and I'm worried about the noise. I need some solid advice to help me decide!
