What happened to the Rexall at Riverwood Pkwy and Phin Ave?

I was just thinking about the Rexall at Riverwood Pkwy and Phin Ave. It used to be my go-to spot for medicine and snacks when I lived nearby. Does anyone know if it's still open or if there's something new in its place? It feels like the neighborhood has changed a lot lately.
