Need advice on rent control in downtown Toronto buildings

Hi all, I'm renting a small one-bedroom in a downtown building on King Street for $2100. I've heard mixed things about rent control and I'm unsure if my place is rent controlled. What should I know about tenant protections if I’m planning to stay long-term? Any insights on this would be appreciated!
