Is it normal to pay for moving insurance?

Hey everyone! I just signed a lease and my landlord wants me to get moving insurance for the truck. Is that typical? Do most people do this? What are some good tips for hiring movers, especially in Toronto’s busy streets? Any recommendations for affordable truck rentals?
