Hey everyone! I'm looking into renting a 3+ bedroom apartment with friends or coworkers near TTC subway lines to save on commuting costs. Has anyone had success finding spacious places for a cost-sharing strategy? Is splitting a larger unit more economical than renting individual rooms?
