Is the Subway at Queens Dr and Waterton Rd still open?

I used to grab lunch all the time from the Subway at Queens Dr and Waterton Rd, and I’ve heard some rumors about it possibly closing. Does anyone know if it’s still there? Also, I'm looking for rentals in the area and would love to know how close they are to that location.
