I've been eyeing Leslieville and it's so cute, but I'm hearing mixed reviews on the rent prices. I saw a 2-bed apartment going for nearly $3,000! Is the vibe really worth that price? How's safety and the local scene for new renters? Would love to hear your thoughts!
