Rent Increases are Killing Me! Is Anyone in Charge Here?

Another rent increase, seriously? How is anyone supposed to afford this? Just saw a bachelor for $2800! Are you kidding me? The landlord thinks that’s reasonable? I’m so sick of bidding wars and losing out on places within hours. This whole market is impossible!
