Confused About Heating Clause in Kensington Market Lease

I’m considering a unit in Kensington Market, but the lease requires tenants to pay for heating from November to April. Is this normal in Toronto? I thought heat was usually included. The rent is $2100, and I just want to make sure I’m not getting into a bad situation. Any insights?
