I’m feeling really overwhelmed navigating the Landlord Tenant Board process. My landlord is demanding an employment letter and bank statements, which seems strange to me. Is this common? I'm determined to assert my rights, but I need guidance on filing T2/T6 forms and what to expect in hearings.
