Exhausted from the absurdity of apartment hunting in Toronto!

Just need to vent real quick. Why is every good apartment gone before I can even schedule a viewing? I'm exhausted from competing with 30 other applicants and dealing with ridiculous landlord requirements. This market is driving me to my breaking point; I can't anymore!
