Help with navigating the LTB process - confused but determined

I'm really struggling to understand the legal process at the Landlord Tenant Board. I've heard about T2 and T6 forms but feel lost on when to file them. Anyone have experiences with hearings or tips to make this daunting process a bit smoother? I’m determined to fight for my rights!
