Looking for advice on parking costs added to rent in city

I recently moved to a new apartment but found out parking isn't included. I've heard that parking can add $50-$200+ to rent, but my lease doesn’t specify. Has anyone had experience negotiating parking fees or is there a typical cost I should expect? Any advice on this would be appreciated!
