Landlord wants to sell, can I stay for the remainder of my lease?

I just found out my landlord plans to sell the building while I'm still under a lease until June. I'm worried about being forced out if the new owner wants me to leave. Has anyone been through this? What rights do I have as a tenant in this situation?
