Renting in Toronto: This Market is a Joke!

Another rent increase, seriously? Landlords think it's okay to ask $2800 for a bachelor?! I mean, $400 more in just ONE year? How is anyone supposed to afford this? I'm so sick of bidding wars! Viewed 15 places and they were all gone within HOURS! This market is impossible!
