Frustrated with My Unresponsive Landlord!

I've been dealing with my landlord for weeks now about maintenance issues that they promised to fix, but nothing has been done. I feel ignored and disrespected. On top of that, they’re now trying to evade returning my deposit! It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated this way. What can I do?
