Price check: $2400 for 2BR near Ossington station - fair or not?

I found a 2BR apartment for $2400 close to Ossington station. It has a recent remodel but the surrounding area has seen rising rents lately. I'm unsure if this is a good deal or if I'm overpaying based on current trends. Can anyone provide insight?
